Author and creative strategist Jyoshitaa Gopinath with her goal-setting journal “Jotter Journals”, designed to help individuals visualise and achieve their dreams.

If you’ve been struggling to give shape to your dreams and goals, Chennai’s  Jyoshitaa Gopinath has developed a journal to help you give shape.

Chennai based Bharathi Sriram, a web designer had always wanted to launch her own company but couldn’t give shape and structure to her ideas to realise her dream. But a chance purchase of Jyoshitaa’s  “Jotter Journals” changed everything. The 90 day journaling  excercise she says “Gave me more clarity and helped her visualise my dream”.

The journalist exercise helps individuals to jot down and visualise their dream project or dream person they want to be and breaks it down to steps to achieve it –  the work that ought to be done, the people they need to connect with, the change in mindset, health and fitness among others. The goals are broken down to top 3 monthly and weekly intentions and  ideation. The unique feature is it develops in you a mindset that you’ve already achieved your goal, be it building a million-dollar company or becoming an icon to keep the aspirant motivated.

For Rakshana Sowrav, one of the MDs of Dr Ramaswamy Hospitals at Kavali in Andhra Pradesh, “Jotter Journals has been this huge seed in my journey towards journaling. The various prompts and the manifestation guides are the best parts that one could ever ask for”. She adds “I really hope this book reaches out to all the beginners out there who are trying their best to slow down and connect with their higher selves”.

It all began during Covid lockdown when Jyoshitaa Gopinath, a Creative Strategist and Brand Designer was stuck in Singapore during her college days. Over the next few  years she gave form and structure to the exercise that worked well for her into a “Jotter Journals” to propel others to understand themselves and take off and scale greater heights.
